Wrong color downpipes - Correction

Spoke to SS today and he mentioned the downpipes still need to be painted :-)

Wrong color downpipes

We went to the house today and the plaster is almost completed. The kitchen hasn't delivered has SS mentioned earlier. But we also noticed all the downpipes are different color.

We have asked for Jasper color downpipes same as our colorbond roof. Here is the picture of what is currently installed.

The skirting work still need to be completed. Hopefully all gets done by end of this week.

Some more photos...with plaster

Plaster started on 24/10 and we went to see the house on 25th. So much was done in two day. Very impressed with the quality and the progress so far. We haven't been to the house in last 5 days and it happened first time since the house started to build. Will put some more photos soon with the progress report.

I was told that Kitchen will be delivered today and installed this week. Looks like when we go next time which will be on Wednesday, the kitchen & plastering will be completed.

Plaster Started on 24/10/2011

Spoke to the SS and he mentioned that plaster will be starting from 24/10. Went to the house during the weekend and saw all the plaster material delivered in the house.

26/10/2011 - Went to the house yesterday and saw the plaster on all the walls, looks it will be completed by end of this week. SS mentioned that the kitchen will be delivered and install by next week..

Will put some more photos here soon.
All is going well so far..will be arranging an external company to do the pre-handover inspection.
According to the SS the house will be completed in Jan 2012 but the way all is going, I am sure they will complete it before the Christmas break. Hoping for the best...
